Data we collect

Contact form: name, company, role, country, business email, type of need, program phase and your message. Emails you send us directly are processed in the same way.

Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, kept for a short period (typically up to 14 days) for security and troubleshooting.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract follows, in which case they are kept for the duration required by law.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the ZHEKAA team. Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) processes it on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply.

Cookies and local storage

We use no tracking or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is needed. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage; it never leaves your device.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability, by writing to contact@zhekaa.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie.
