We cover functional safety from item definition to safety case, up to ASIL D, for chassis, by-wire, powertrain and ADAS systems. For ADAS, ISO 26262 is complemented by SOTIF (ISO 21448), and we coordinate with cybersecurity under ISO/SAE 21434. On compliance, we support UN R13-H, UN R140 and UN R79 (including ACSF) for chassis; UN R152, UN R157, UN R171 and the GSR (EU) 2019/2144 for ADAS; and Euro NCAP protocols.
What we do
- Run the ISO 26262 lifecycle: item definition, HARA, safety goals, safety requirements.
- Write the FSC and TSC, with ASIL decomposition where justified.
- Design fail-operational safety concepts for steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire.
- Perform safety analyses: FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA and STPA.
- Apply SOTIF (ISO 21448) to ADAS, including ML-based perception (ISO/PAS 8800).
- Build the safety case; support confirmation reviews, audits and assessments.
- Act as external or interim Functional Safety Manager on ASIL D programs.
- Define safety processes, PLM workflows for ASIL work products, and RACI.
- Support regulatory compliance: UN R13-H, UN R79, UN R140, UN R152, UN R157, UN R171.
