Calibration turns a working function into a vehicle that feels right. We combine subjective ratings and objective measurements to set targets, then calibrate powertrain, chassis and ADAS functions toward one consistent driving DNA. Iterations run on track, alongside your calibration and test teams, with your measurement and calibration tool.
What we do
- Assess vehicle feel subjectively and objectively: ratings and measurements.
- Calibrate powertrain and e-motor drivability: pedal map, tip-in/tip-out, anti-jerk, launch.
- Calibrate gear shifts on combustion and hybrid powertrains.
- Calibrate chassis functions: ESC/TCS interventions, brake pedal feel, regenerative blending.
- Tune steering feel and suspension modes.
- Tune ADAS functions, ACC (ISO 15622) and LKA, and how their interventions feel.
- Define driving DNA and drive modes (Eco, Comfort, Sport); benchmark competitor vehicles.
- Iterate quickly on track with calibration and test teams.
